Shani chuckled, picturing him on the princess pad of her Sportster, his long legs up under his chin. “I don’t think my bike is built for a man of your stature on the back.”

His laughter filled the air, warming her heart. She hadn’t realized how much she’d missed hearing it.

“I was kind of thinking I’d ride my own.” He narrowed his gaze at her. “What do you say?”
